• Bluffdale Bouncers LLC accepts payment in the form of cash, Venmo (@BluffdaleBouncers) credit card (all major credit cards accepted), or check.
  • All rentals are for a period of one day.  Typically, you will pick up the unit the morning of your event and then return it that same evening.  There is no discount for late pickup or early return.  Price is the same for the day regardless of when you pickup and return.  We do offer multi-day rentals.
  • All rentals must be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am - 10:00 am on the day of the reservation (unless special circumstance arises and is approved). Pick up shall be at 995 West Red Glare Drive, Bluffdale, Utah 84065 (residential home).
  • All rentals must be returned between 8:00 - 9:00pm that evening.  If you need to return the unit early outside of the return time, please contact us to ensure we are home.
  • All products must be returned clean and dry.
  • All rentals are for children only, up to 100 lbs (up to 6 children at a time). No adults, please.  The only exception to this is our Jumbo Bounce House which accommodates children and adults.
  • All participants should remove any jewelry and shoes before participating.  Also, no food, candy or drinks are allowed on any of the units.
  • What do you do if an issue arises? Contact us at 801-450-1280 and await instructions.
  • Can the inflatables be used in/outdoor? Yes, as longs weather is permitting (refer to 801-450-1280 to confirm whether approvals on outdoor use. Indoor can be done at any time).
  • Do we deliver? We will deliver on SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS only and some holidays.  You also must be within our delivery zone (see home page).  Delivery fee is $30.  If you would like delivery and set-up/take down, the cost is $55.  **An additional $10 is added to the rental fee, as well as an additional $10 to the delivery fee (if delivery is requested) on holidays, which are May 25-27, July 4, July 24, and Sept 2.
